What are the Benefits of Walking
Socrates: Where have you come from, my dear Phaedrus, and where are you going?
Phaedrus: I have been with Lysias, son of Celphalus, Socrates, and I am going for a walk outside the walls after a long session with him that has lasted since early morning. Our common friend, Acumenus (a physician), says than a country walk is more refreshing that a stroll in the city squares; that is why I am going in this direction.
Socrates: Acumenus is quite right.
